We guarantee our items to be free from defects. If you need to exchange a defective item, please return it within 7 days new and unused and it will be replaced with a like item, no questions asked. Non defective returned items will be accepted new and unused only, and will receive a refund less shipping and 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
